Born in the year 1977 in Osaka. Hayashi majored in regional planning in her university years.
After university, she worked for research and design of High-standard road such as expressway in KATAHIRA & ENGINEERS Inc., where she mainly handled landscape design, the publicity for environmental consideration, and the planning of rest areas.

In 2013 she started to work in studio-L and does area branding, development of human resources such as staff training and educating volunteers, and management planning of public facilities.
