Born in Kyoto, in 1973. His focus study area during his master’s course was about the movement of Takarazuka fans because he was interested in the community’s interest in this special entertainment.

After university, he worked for event management, and then worked in Japan International Institute inc., where he conducted various social researches and sustained cities’ master plans with the locals. Moreover, his team arranged almost all of the 80 cities’ plans related to comprehensive plans and public welfare in a range of districts from urban to rural areas.

From 2012, he has been a member of studio-L and has been contributing with his planning skills.
